摘要 大型工程项目的进度控制是业主关注的重要问题之一。为切实满足实际工作需要及减少业主管理的工作量,从业主的角度,建立了具有良好实用性和适用性的、适合业主进行大型工程项目宏观进度控制的新方法。该方法基于模糊网络计划技术,实现了里程碑事件完成期的模糊化,阐述了里程碑事件的马氏性,并采用马尔科夫过程的计算机仿真及MATLAB语言实现了编程。 The process control of the large-scale project is one of the important problems for the owner. This paper establishes a new method of macroscopical process control for larger-scale project in order to meet the needs of practical task and to reduce the management workload of the owner, which is good at practicability and applicability; based on the fuzzy network planning technology, realizes the fuzzification of the landmark event in the completion date; expounds the Markov trait of the landmark event; and adopting the computer simulation of Markov process and the language of MATLAB, implements the programming.
