摘要
将人工神经网络与模糊控制理论相结合,阐述了基于学习参数模糊自适应调整BP(FBP)神经网络对图书馆数字资源建设与信息服务进行评价的设计思想。
Combining the artificial neural network and the fuzzy control theory, this paper expounds the design thought of evaluating the digital resource construction and service evaluation system in the library based on learning parameter selfadaption FBP neutral network.
