摘要
从计算机网络犯罪的概念入手,探讨了网络犯罪特点及我国刑法的规定,提出了防范网络犯罪的对策。
Starting from the concept of computer network crime, this paper probes into the features and the provisions about the network crime in Chinese Criminal Law, and advances some countermeasures for preventing the network crime.
