小油量气化煤粉燃烧系统在75t/h锅炉上的应用

The Application of the Small Oil-quantity Vaporizing Coal-powder Combustion System in 75 t/h Boiler

阐述了小油量气化燃烧直接点燃煤粉燃烧系统工作原理、系统构成,重点介绍了小油量气化煤粉燃烧系统在75t/h锅炉上的工业性应用试验研究及经济性分析。试验结果表明小油量气化燃烧直接点燃煤粉燃烧系统性能稳定,能实现机组冷、热态启动及低负荷稳燃,经济效益显著,达到工业应用条件。

This paper expounds the working principles and system components of the small oil-quantity vaporizing coal-powder direct combustion system, and emphatically introduces the experimental research and economic analysis on the industrial application of the small oil-quantity vaporizing coal-powder direct combustion system in 75 t/h boiler. The test results show that the small oil-quantity vaporizing coal-powder direct combustion system, which has stable performance and can realize the cold/hot start of the unit and the stable combustion at lower load, obtains obvious economic benefit and comes up to the condition of industrial application.
