摘要
随着物流业的迅猛发展,顾客对物流服务水平的要求越来越高,如何衡量企业的物流服务水平日益成为人们关的内容。论文构建了物流企业服务水平评价指标体系,并对物流企业服务水平的指标定量化,运用模糊数学中的贴近度理论确立了物流服务水平的评价方法。最后,对物流企业服务水平的评价做了实证。
With the rapid development of logistics industry, customers have higher requirements on service levels of logistics. How to measure the service levels of logistics enterprises becomes concerned points gradually. Applying with the proximity theory of fuzzy mathematics, this text quantifies the indexes of service levels of logistics enterprises and preliminarily establishes the evaluation system of logistics service levels. At last, example is analyzed to prove the validity of this method.
