摘要
物流网络的构建是在一个地区内形成更牢固,更平衡空间结构,增加凝聚力的基本要求。城市结点作为区域物流网络系统的重要组成部分,不能囿于传统理论上行政领土的连续性,而应建构在经济中心城市或结点间的轴线(物流,信息流)之上。依据现有资料,选取15项指标,通过对我国典型的省际边界区——淮海经济区20个城市的物流综合实力进行主成分分析和聚类分析,得出以济宁-徐州-临沂为核心轴三角,以泰安、盐城、枣庄、淮安和连云港为二级物流中心,以其余12个三级物流中心城市为支撑的省际边界区"轴-辐"物流网络空间格局。
The construction of regional logistics network is the fundamental requirement of shaping more f'n-m and balanced space structure and of increasing the cohesive power in a region. As an important component of the network system, city knots shouldn't be restricted within the continuity of administrative areas, but should be built in the cities of developed economies instead. By selecting 15 indexes and using the methods of principal component analysis and the cluster analysis, this paper calculates regional logistics comprehensive strength index evaluations system of 20 cities in the Huaihai economic region, one of the typical provincial border-regions in China. According to the analysis, we bring up the logistics center hub-and-spoke networks spatial frame: Regard Jining, Xuzhou and Linyi as regional logistics centers; Taian, Yancheng, Zaozhuang, Huaian and Lianyungang as the second regional logistics centers, the other 12 cities as the supporting cities.
