皮瓣对抗牵引法在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用研究

The skin counterwork-pulling method in breast modified radical mastectomy

目的研究“皮瓣对抗牵引”法在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用,对术后腋窝积液的影响。方法对70例乳腺癌患者随机分组,实验组采用“皮瓣对抗牵引”法,对照组采用双管引流法,观察术后拔管时间和腋窝积液发生情况。结果实验组腋窝积液发生率为2.8%,平均拔管时间为6.5 d。结论在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用“皮瓣对抗牵引法”,能显著地减少腋窝积液发生,有利于皮瓣的愈合。

Objective To imestigate the application of the skin counterwork - pulling method in breast modified radical mastectomy and its affection to the liquid gathering in the armpit after operation. Methods Seventy cases of breast cancer were randomly divided into test group （ with the derma counterwork pulling method） and control group （ with double tubes method ）, then observe the time of tube - drawing and the liquid gathering in the armpit after operation. Results The rate of the liquid gathering in the armpit was only 2.9%, the time of tube - drawing was 6.5 days. Conclusion The application of the skin dual pulling method in breast modified radical mastectomy can evidently reduces the liquid gathering in the armpit, It benefits the wound to cure and chemical therapy.
