摘要
目的探讨不同浓度的氟化泡沫对人离体牙牙釉质抗酸性的影响。方法在人牙釉质标本上形成早期龋后随机分组,分别涂布0.60%、0.92%、1.23%氟化泡沫和蒸馏水。检测龋蚀液中Ca2+浓度值。结果不同浓度的氟化泡沫实验组与对照组对增强牙釉质的抗酸性影响具有显著性差异(P<0.01),而前磨牙同一条件下,0.60%氟化泡沫与0.92%氟化泡沫对牙釉质抗酸性的影响相比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论由于0.60%氟化泡沫与0.92%的氟化泡沫对牙釉质的抗酸性影响比较接近,因此在今后群体牙病防治工作中,从氟的安全使用角度考虑,建议选择0.60%的氟化泡沫进行牙病群体防治。
Objective To investigate the effects of fluoridated foam with 3 different concentrations on acid resistance of human teeth enamel. Methods Human teeth enamel specimens which were demineralized were divided into groups randomly. Samples were treated with 0.60% ,0.92%, 1.23% fluoridated foam and distilled water respectively. The concentrations of Ca^2+ in the demineralization solution were measured. Results The results showed significant differences in reducing the dissolution of Ca^2+ together with boosting up the acid resistance from the enamel of teeth between the experiment group and antitheses group with different concentrations of fluoridated foam( P 〈 0. 01 ). But the results showed no significant differences in reducing the dissolution of Ca^2+ together with boosting up the acid resistance from the enamel of teeth between premolar teeth with 0. 60% fluoridated foam and premolar teeth with 0. 92% fluoridated foam( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions Because the effects of 0.60% fluoridated foam and 0.92% fluoridated foam on the acid resistance of enamel of teeth are similar, we can take safety of using Fluorine into account to select 0. 60% fluoridated foam to increase the safety to prevent and cure dental diseases in the future.
