摘要
本文从我国现实经济环境出发,以积极促进民营资本参与高技术产业发展为目的,就目前如何促进我国民营资本参与高技术产业发展的政策和措施进行了分析。给出了创造环境、搭建平台、防范投资风险、强化政策支持等方面的政策措施和建议。
With regard to practical economic environment in China and the development of high- tech industries, the problem of promoting private capital participation in the development of high- tech industries is analyzed, and the policies and measures such as creating the right environment, putting up platform, preventing investment risk and strengthening strategic support are put forward.
