摘要
目前我国的高职高专院校定位在专科层次,只能担当软件产业底层人才的培养,其根本出路就是建立直接面向软件产业的职业教育体制;成熟的软件人才的产生不可能一蹴而就,它至少需要两个阶段的成长,第一个阶段是软件产业的职业教育,第二阶段是软件产业的企业实践。
At present, Universities and colleges of our country, as high commissioners of professorship, make a reservation in training level, they can only take on ground floor cultivation of talent of software industry. The basic outlet is to set up the structure of vocational education facing the software industry directly; the production of supplicated software talents can not accomplish in one move, the growth needs two stages at least: The first stage is the vocational education of the software industry; the second stage is that the enterprises of the software industry practice.
