摘要
通过分析实际生产中的过滤效果,发现影响粒状滤料去除悬浮物的主要因素有滤速、滤料的直径、滤料的吸附功能等。粒状滤料过滤出水难以达到预期的悬浮物含量2mg/L的水平。与"光电比色法"相比,"重量分析法"的数据更准确和恰当。
In filtration process using granular media, removal of suspended solid is mainly dependent on adhesive effect instead of screen out. Variation of filtration velocity between 5 and 10 m/h does not significantly influence quality of filtrate. Concentration of suspended solid analyzed by gravimetric methodology is more accurate and applicable to evaluate filtration process than by photoelectric colorimeter methodology. Suspended solid of granular media filtrate cannot reach expected 2mg/L.
