坪北油区位于沟壑纵横的黄土高原,属特低渗、低压、低丰度、低产的难动用储量,在近50%的油井日产不足1吨,只有4口井日产超过4吨,并且在没有不含水采油期的条件下,建设投资6年内全部收回。2004年净赚1亿多元。先进的设计理念与优秀的设计模式及适用的综合技术,为油区高效益的取得起着重要的作用。该工程获得中国石化集团2004-2005年度优秀设计二等奖。

Pingbei oil area, which is located in loess plateau crossed with gullies, has ultra--low permeability, low pressure and low productivity. The daily production of a well among 50% wells is less than one ton. Only four wells have over four tons of daily productivity. However, all the construction investment is taken back within 6 years in the water bearing oil production period. The net profit of 2004 is more than 100,000,000 RMB.
