摘要
监理单位和监理人员,在履行工程质量监理的同时,必须履行好安全监理的职能,掌握好国家的有关安全质量监理的职责、程序与内容,严格按规范标准实施安全监理,并把安全监理工作贯穿于施工的全过程。具体在施工安全监理工作中做到四个注重:1、注重监理工作的超前性;2、注重监理工作的及时性;3、注重监理工作的原则性;4、注重监理工作的主动性。
Supervision units and their supervisors must perform security supervision functions and the duties relating to Chinese supervision of security and quality. Meanwhile, they must implement security supervision strictly according to the norms in the whole course of construction. The author suggests they lay stress on ＂ahead of time＂, ＂in time＂, ＂ principle＇and ＂initiative＂.
