With the progress of Chinese housing reform and housing commercialization, people hope for better living surroundings and higher building quality especially in fracture of building walls and surface. There are more and more disputes and lawsuits relating to bad building quality such as fracture, percolation, etc. Building fracture is a key quality evaluation standard.
