RASSF1A与胃癌关系的研究进展

摘要 RASSF1A基因是一种新型侯选肿瘤抑制基因,多项研究表明通过该基因的失活与其启动子区甲基化和杂合子缺失,参与细胞凋亡和多种恶性肿瘤的发生。本文从该基因的生物学特性及其作用机制与胃癌的发生发展及其影响因素作一综述。
