Study on Summary of Regional Innovation Ability and It's Evaluation

区域创新能力是由科学技术产生的综合能力,已经成为地区经济获取竞争优势的决定因素。本文介绍学术界对创新有关概念的界定,分析区域创新能力的形成机理,给出区域创新能力评价的几种方法,对未来可能的研究方向进行了分析。

Regional innovation ability is an integrated ability which brings from science and technology, and it has become the determinant factor to get competitive advantage for a given region. This article introduces some academic definitions about innovation, and analyzes its mechanism to form. Several approaches to evaluate the regional innovation ability are also reviewed. Finally, the further research is given.
