摘要
目的:探索腐蚀性化学烧伤模型制作中面积扩展的规律。方法:36只健康Wistar大鼠,随即分为6组,分别以浸透55%氢氟酸的正方形或长方形滤纸接触皮肤5秒钟致伤1%、2%、3%体表面积,观测烧伤面积扩展及死亡情况。结果;各组伤后面积均扩大1~2倍,并由正方形或长方形转变为圆形与椭圆形,长方形滤纸创面扩展高于等面积正方形滤纸。结论;面积公式能够计算出腐蚀性化学烧伤伤后面积扩展规律。
Objective: The expansion of wound area existed in model of corrosive chemical burns. In order to predict the total burns area post expansion. Methods: Thirty-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups and received 1%、2%、3% of total body area burned with quadrate or rectangle rectangle paper soaked by 55% hydrofluoric acid. The expansion of wounds and mortality was recorded. Result: The expansion of area existed in all wounds by 1 to 2 times. The shapes of wounds had finally changed into circle in quadrate paper groups and ellipse in rectangle paper groups. The later had larger wound area than the former. There were close relationship between mortalily and final wound area. The results were coincidence with those by mathematic calculation. Conclusion: The expanded area of wounds could be predicted by mathematic calcula.
