摘要
利用机械合金化技术制备Cu-Ag复合粉末,用粉末冶金方法制备Cu-Ag—Re合金。采用XRD和H800电子显微镜研究了稀土的加入对Cu-Ag机械合金化过程的影响,并研究Cu-Ag-Re合金的微观组织、密度、硬度、电阻率等性能。结果表明:稀土的加入有利于Cu-Ag机械合金化的进行,在Cu-Ag合金中添加稀土,可以使材料获得较好的硬度和导电性能。
In this paper the technology of mechanical alloying was used to treat Cu-Ag alloy powder, and then Cu-Ag-Re composite was prepared by the method of powder metallurgy. The effect of rare earth adding in the mechanical alloying process of Cu-Ag and the material microstructure, density, hardness and resistivity were studied by the XRD and H800 electron microscope. It showed that adding some rare earth to the Cu-Ag powder accelerated the mechanical alloying process of Cu-Ag alloy powder, and the Cu-Ag-Re composite obtained better hardness and conductivity.
