目前原料药甘露醇的生产已由化学合成法逐步代替海带提取法,化学合成法的原料药甘露醇中或多或少含有微量的山梨醇。从生产原料和工艺两方面阐述了甘露醇成品中含有微量山梨醇的成因。

So far chemical synthesis has gradually replaced seaweed abstraction as a way to manufacture bulk drug mannitol. Chemical synthesis can cause the existence of a small amount of sorbitol in mannitol. This paper gives a full explanation to the cause of formation of sorbitol in mannitol in terms of raw material and production process.
