甲氧苄啶与茜素的荷移反应研究

摘要 通过甲氧苄啶与茜素的电荷转移反应来测定甲氧苄啶氯化钠注射液中的有效成分。在乙醇与水介质中,甲氧苄啶与茜素形成1:1型络合物,产物最大吸收波长545nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.84×103L.mol-1.cm-1,药物浓度在10~70mg.L-1范围内呈线形关系。方法简便快捷,易于操作,在实际工作中具有应用价值。 To determine the content of Trimethoprim through reaction between Trimethoprim and Alizarin. The reaction between Trimethoprim and Alizarin took place in ethanol-water. The apparent molar absorptivity of comples at 545nm is 4.84×10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1 , the composition of the complex between Trim- ethoprim and Alizarin was 1: 1. The average standard deviation is 1.06^(n=6). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 10w 70mg·L^-1 of Trimethoprim in Trimethoprim and sodium chloride injection solution. The method is simple with easily-controlled reaction conditions and high sensitivity.
