摘要
熔炼了一种00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu2马氏体时效不锈钢。通过金相观察、维氏硬度测试、X射线衍射分析(XRD),研究了固溶处理温度,冷加工变形和时效对其组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,在1050~1100℃之间固溶处理对该合金时效后的硬化增量最大;时效前后硬度随冷加工量的增加近似线性增加,75%冷加工量对时效后硬度的增量最大;在450℃下时效2h后,硬度达到最大值,24h内进一步延长时效时间,硬度基本保持不变。
The effect of the solid solution temperature, cold working and aging on the microstructure and hardness of 00Cr12Ni9Mo4Cu2 maraging stainless steel was studied by means of optical microscopy, hardness testing, X-ray diffractometry (XRD). The results show that the alloy achieveed high increment of the hardness when solid solution treatment was conducted at 1050-1100 ℃. The hardness increased almost linearly with the increase of cold working. The increment of the hardness achieved the highest value with 75% cold working, and 450 ℃ was the preferred temperature for age-hardening, at which the hardness HV reached 6550 MPa for 2 h and softening did not occurred within 24 h.
