摘要
目的:对临床观察到的机体功能外周性调节的系统性活动作初步探讨。方法:采用阻抗式血流图测试方法及针刺、磁、激光等,穴位式局部调治方法。结果:在机体某些病种发病的早期、迁延期、恢复期电阻图曲线呈现各不相同的变化,显示组织小血管出现不同的应激效应,并显示了针刺等方法的调治作用。结论:电阻抗式血流图的区划检测方法,观察到的组织小血管活动的变化,有临床参考价值。初步认为以组织小血管运动为主体的机体外周性调节功能,具有生物性的、整体性的、主动性调控系统的特征。中医学描述的有关经络现象的临证所见及医理推导,对研究机体功能的外周性调节活动的系统性特征,提供了有意义的启示。
Objective: Preliminarily discuss the system activity of peripheral regulatory of organism function with clinical observation. Method: Adopt impedance rheography test and local point treatment such as acupuncture, magnet and laser. Result: During early and delayed stage of disease, different stress is found in small tissue blood vessels, and the function of acupuncture and other methods are showed. Conclusion: Peripheral regulatory of organism function whose main part is the movement of small tissue blood vessels, has organismal, entire and initiative control system feature. Clinical observation and medical inference of channels and collaterals phenomenon of traditional Chinese medicine give inspiration to the study of the system feature of peripheral regulatory activity of organism.
