摘要
以钛酸四丁酯和LiNO_3,SbCl_3为原料,利用电场热处理工艺在石英玻璃表面制备出一层Li^+,Sb^(3+)掺杂的TiO_2光催化薄膜,采用XRD和AFM等测试手段分析了Li^+,Sb^(3+)掺杂的TiO_2薄膜在电场热处理过程中的晶化行为。然后在理论上分析了外电场对TiO_2薄膜热处理过程的影响,提出了通过引入外电场促进Li^+,Sb^(3+)掺杂的TiO_2薄膜从锐钛矿到金红石相转变的方法。通过甲基橙水溶液的光催化降解实验表明:在400℃电场热处理条件下的TiO_2薄膜的光催化效率高于未引入电场热处理的TiO_2薄膜。
In this research, Li^+,Sb^3+-codoped TiO2 films were prepared by sol-gel method, which were heat-treated with an applied electric filed. The phase transformation behavior of TiO2 film by the electric field heating-treatment was studied using XRD and AFM. It was found that the existence of applied electric field promoted the phase transformation from anatase to futile. Studies of photo-catalytic degradation showed that the photo-catalytic activity of Li^+,Sb^3+-codoped TiO2 films heated to 400℃ in an applied electric field was enhanced.
