摘要
利用喷射成形技术制备了Al-8.5Fe-1.1V-1.9Si合金,借助透射电镜、X射线衍射和拉伸测试等手段研究了合金的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,沉积态组织是由α-Al基体和Al_(12)(Fe,V)_3Si耐热相所组成。合金在400℃保温24h后具有高的拉伸强度,颗粒状的耐热相Al_(12)(Fe,V)_3Si的尺寸变化不大,显示了良好的热稳定性。
Al-8.5Fe-1.1V-1.9Si alloy was synthesized by the spray atomization and deposition technique. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy Were studied using transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and tensile tests. The results show that the microstructure of the spray formed alloy is composed of Al matrix and Al12(Fe,V)3Si phase with particle shape. The tensile test results indicate that the spray formed Al-8.5Fe-1.1V-1.9Si alloy after holding 24 h at 400℃ displays superior tensile strength due to the presence of heat-resistant Al12(Fe,V)3Si phases.
