摘要
介绍了多孔金属格子材料的主要形态及其制造方法,其中结构形态主要有四面体孔穴单元结构、锥体孔穴单元结构、3D-Kagome结构、菱体结构、八面体孔穴结构等形式。制造工艺主要有熔模铸造法、变形成型法、金属丝编织法、金属丝搭接组装法和聚合物格子前体电沉积法等方式。并指出了该类材料的主要优点和不足,对以后多孔金属研究的努力方向提出了一点建议。
The main morphologies and the main manufacturing methods of the porous metallic lattice material are briefly introduced in the present paper, their structural morphologies primarily include the tetrahedral, the pyramidal, the 3D Kagome, the diamond, the octet-truss and such like, and the manufacturing technologies primarily include the investment casting, the deformation forming, the metallic wire weaving, the metallic wire assembling and the polymer forerunner electrodepositing. In the end the main merits and the shortcomings are pointed out for these materials, and some suggestions are put forward on the striving direction of studying porous metals henceforth.
