摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织学分级与ER、PR、CerBb-2、p53表达及淋巴结转移的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学法测定187例乳腺癌组织中ER、PR、CerBb-2、p53表达;Bloom—Richardson系统Nottingham改良方案测定组织分级。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级乳腺癌之间ER、PR、p53的表达无显著差异(P〉0.05);随着组织学分级的升高CerBb-2的表达有增加趋势(P〈0.05);ER(+)和PR(+)的乳腺癣组织中CerBb-2(-)和p53(-)的表达明显高于CerBb-2(+)和p53(+)(P〈0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级乳腺癌之间淋巴结转移无显著性差异(P〉0.05).结论乳腺痛组织中ER、PR、p53的表达随组织学分级的增加差异无显著性;随组织学分级增加CerBb-2的表达明显升高差异有显著性;CerBb-2、p53的表达与ER相互呈负相关;乳腺痛淋巴结转移与组织学分级无明显相关。
Objective To detect the relationship between histological grade and expression of ER, PR, CerBb-2, p53 and lympha node metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The expressio, of ER,PR,CerBb-2,p53 in 187 cases breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical method;Histological grade were detected by modified Nottingham of Bloom-Richardson system. Result The ER, PR and p53 were on obvious difference among grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ (P〉0.05),CerBb-2 was increased with the increasing of histological grade(P〈0.05);The expression of CerBb-2(-) and p53(-) were higher than CerBb-2 (+) and p53(+) in ER(+) of breast cancer(P〈0.05);The rate of lympha node metastasis was no obvious difference among grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ. Conclusion The expression of ER, PR and p53 are no obvious changes with increasing of histological grade in breast cancer; The expression of CerBb-2 is higher with the inereasing of histological grade; CerBb-2, p53 and ER expression have negative eorrelation;There is no corrlation beween lympha node metastasis and histological grade of breast cancer.
