摘要
论述了心理素质与安全生产之间的关系,分析了影响心理素质的根源,提出了保持良好心理素质的对策。
The relationship between psychological quality and safe production is discussed; and the original factor which influences psychological quality is analyzed; finally, the way to keep well psychological quality is proposed.
