摘要
阐述新型环保助剂氧漂精练酶188在纯棉机织物前处理中的应用工艺,并与传统的烧碱前处理工艺进行了半制品质量及成本对比。试验证明,使用氧漂煮练酶188处理的织物,强力下降较小,失重率较少,匀染性好,手感柔软,且节能降耗。
Pretreatment of cotton wovens was carried out with scouring enzyme 188, results were compared with those of conventional caustic soda treatment from the respect of semi-product quality and production cost. It was found that enzyme 188 scouring could impart cotton fabric lower strength damage and weight loss, better levelness, softer handle, and energy saving as well.
