中深色粘棉混纺纱线染整节能工艺

摘要 对粘棉混纺纱线的中深色染整工艺进行节能可行性优化,即对其采用的一浴两步法染色和练染同浴工艺中预精练剂、螯合分散剂和染料种类、元明粉用量、碱剂种类进行优选,通过大样生产,验证其可行性。实践表明,采用预精练+活性染色(纯碱或代用碱固色)和练染一浴法工艺处理后,染色布面质量和染色牢度能够达到要求,且缩短加工时间,减少能耗及污水排放。 In order to shorten processing time, reduce energy consumption and lessen burden on environment, two-step process and bleaching and dyeing in one bath process were carried out, the suitable scouring agents, chelating dispersants, dye varieties, sodium sulfate concentration, alkali type were screened. Results were compared with those of traditional process. It was said that the dyeings featured satisfactory quality and color fastness, if processed by scouring combined with reactive dyeing ( using soda ash or liquid alkali as fixing agent), or scouring and dyeing in one bath.
