摘要
利用ISSR标记技术对蒙古沙棘亚种良种乌兰沙林和中国沙棘亚种良种丰宁雄株极其F1代进行遗传多样性分析,共检测到72个位点,71个位点具有多态性。筛选后的11个引物中10个引物的多态性都非常高,多态性达到100%,适合多态性的检测。母本乌兰沙林、父本丰宁雄株的多态位点百分率分别为38.89%和68.06%,F1代雌雄株的多态位点百分率分别为63.89%和70.83%,由此可知F1代具有较强的遗传多样性。而从遗传一致度和树状图同样可知杂雌和杂雄的一致度最高,然后是父本,最后是母本。
The genetic diversity of the improved variety of Chinese seabuckthorn-Feng - ning, Monglian seabuckthorn--Wu - lan - sha - lin and their F1 were analyzed by ISSR ,72 loci were detected with 11 primers in the ISSR analysis,71 loci of which were polymorphic. On the genetic polymorphism of individuals in the populations, the male of F1 had the highest polymorphic loci percentage (70.83%), then the male parent Feng - ning(68. 06% ), female of F1 (63.89%) ,and the female parent Wu - lan - sha - lin (38.89%) . It was found that F1 had high polymorphic. Genetic distance between the male and the female of F1 was nearer, the male parent and F1 was also nearer. Gentic distance between the Famale parent and F1 was longer.
