It is the urgent requirement of the healthy development of university students and the demands of the aim of higher education to cultivate excellent personality psychological qualities of university students. The relationships between moral education and personality psychological education, functions of moral education on personality psychological education, role and importance of university students＇ personality psychological education on moral education were discussed.
