摘要 采用有限元接触算法对CF139柴油机机体进行了结构强度分析,找出应力集中的危险截面,得到了的最佳设计方案,为该机体的改进设计提供了依据。并且对气缸盖螺栓的简化模型和真实螺纹模型进行了对比分析,验证了二者受力趋势的一致性,并得出了合理的螺纹形状系数。 The finite element analysis (FEA) method has been used to conduct the strength analysis of CF139 diesel engine body to make sure the reasonless position, and fix on improved design. The influence of configuration factors on the fatigue strength of engine body was found. The best design of the crankshaft was got by the analysis. The results can be used as date for the design and modification of the engine body. And a predigested modal of bolt which is fixed in the top of cylinder was compared with the one with screw thread just as a real bolt. As a result, the same trend was found when they were pulled or pressed, and a logical coefficient was worked out.
