摘要
针对加热炉的生产工艺要求,结合公司的现场实际生产情况,对再加热炉进行技术改造,从机械、液压和电气控制三个方面对原有的步进梁进行改进。经过将辊道8°倾斜角倾斜布置,让荒管旋转起来,有效地解决了荒管进入再加热炉时弯曲现象的出现。通过对炉内辊体结构的改进,延长辊体寿命三倍以上。在原有的液压系统上增加了缓衡阀组,实现液压系统缓冲,有效的减小了机械性的冲击;提高了产品质量和生产效率。
Aiming at the production process requirements of reheating furnace in combining the circs of the actual production of the company, the original walking beam is improved from three aspects of mechanism, hydraulic system, and electrical control.The steel tube is circumrotated steadily after rotating rolling channels to 8 degree. The bending phenomenon of the tube is solved effectively when it enters reheating furnace. The configuration of roller is improved to lengthen its life three times. Buffer valve block is added to the original hydraulic system. The mechanical shocks is decreased effectively.Production quality & production efficiency is improved through the ameliorating design.
