摘要
阐述了数控系统脉冲计数和原点复位功能的FPGA实现原理,并分析了其中的异步数据读取,信号滤波,数据溢出,四倍频计数等问题,给出了解决方法,最后探讨对原点脉冲的处理方法,以便实现数控系统的原定复位。
Based on FPGA technology, the principle and routines of pulse counting and origin locating functions of the numerical control system are discussed in this paper.The solution to deal with some critical technical problem, such as asynchronous data accessing, signal filtering, data overflowing and quad multiple counting, is brought forward.At last, It discussed how to handle the origin pulse in order to reset the machine origin.
