摘要
提出了SGA3723矿用汽车焊接桥壳的结构设计方案,采用Proe进行三维建模,并用An-sys软件进行了各种工况下的分析计算,计算结果显示改进后桥壳的应力分布满足强度和刚度要求。并大大减轻了桥壳重量即簧下质量,提高了汽车的行驶平顺性。
The welding program was presented on axle housing of SGA2723 dumping truck, three- dimension model was established by Proe, and the analysis was made in different work condition. Results reveal that stress and strength of welding axle housing meet the required values.Moreover, the unsprung weight（the axle housing weight） was reduced greatly, and the ride comfort was improved obviously.
