摘要
分析和比较了液压打桩机的液压控制系统原理,建立了液压系统的数学模型。通过对数学模型的分析,得出了活塞与锤的受力平衡关系式和简化液压回路种的蓄能器的参数选取依据,此外,包括液压缸上腔压力P1、下腔压力P2、活塞速度V和油路流量Q2等相关参数都给出了形式化描述。再利用MATLAB仿真软件进行数值仿真,绘出了相应的位移-时间、速度-时间和加速度-时间等曲线图。
Has analyzed and compared the hydraulic control system principle of hydraulic piling driver, has established the hydraulic system mathematical model. Through the analysis to the model,has obtained the relations of the piston and the hammer stress balance,and the parameter selection basis of the energy accumulator. Besides that has produced the formalized description including the correlation between the hydraulic cylinder upper cavity pressure P1,under cavity pressure P2,the piston speed V and oil current capacity Q2 parameter and so on. Then using MATLAB simulation software, drew corresponding curve diagram of displacement - time, speed - time and acceleration - time.
