摘要
利用虚拟样机技术,建立扭杆悬架模型,并对悬架运动特性进行分析优化。应用ADAMS/Insight模块,可以对车轮定位参数中的多个参数进行优化,使各定位参数同时达到理想值。优化结果表明:此方法适用于多目标优化,优化后悬架的运动学性能有了很大改善。
Applying virtual prototype technology, the multi-body dynamic models of front torsion-bar suspension are created and its kinematical performances are optimized. Several suspension alignment parameters are optimized and reach their ideal value at the same time by the module ADAMS/Insight. It is find out that the optimization method fits to multiple objective optimizations and the kinematic performance of the suspension has been largely improved from the optimized results.
