摘要 应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对易拉罐冲杯及复冲拉深过程进行了数值模拟,从杯件的高度、壁厚变化以及制耳率三个方面,考察了材料的各向异性对钢制易拉罐的冲杯和复冲过程中成形的影响。 The paper presents a numerical simulation to the first two forming stages of manufacturing the steel beverage can with ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and analyses the effects of material anisotropy on the height,thickness changes and earing ratio of cans during the two forming stages.
