On the Construction of Officials′ Morals in Harmonious Society

相对于和谐社会而言,官德建设是目的与手段的统一。和谐社会视域下的官德建设具有二重意蕴,即官员的引领经济之德建设与为官从政之德建设应同提并重。按照构建和谐社会的要求,强化六种意识,是官德建设的逻辑前提,而强化宣教、加强自修、健全监督、优化环境应是官德建设的四大着力点。

Regarding the harmonious society, constructing officials＇ morals is the unity of aims and means. The construction is dual. That is, in this construction, similar attention should be paid to officials＇ guiding economy as that to officials＇ practicing politics. Meeting the demands of harmonious society, and strengthening six kinds of thoughts is the logical prerequisite of the construction with propagation, self - improvement, supervision and environment as its focuses.
