Ideological and Political Work under the Background of Building a Harmonious Society

加强和改进思想政治工作是推动党和国家事业发展的必然要求,是构建社会主义和谐社会的客观要求。站在和谐社会的高度审视思想政治工作,就是要以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,从思想政治工作与构建社会主义和谐社会两者的关系入手,充分认识思想政治工作在构建社会主义和谐社会中的重要作用,积极探索有利于构建社会主义和谐社会的新方法。

Strenghtening and improving the ideological and political work is a prerequisite for promoting the cause of CCP and our country, and an objective requirement for building the harmonious society as well. To survey the ideological and political work in the light of harmonious society, we must realize the vital role the ideological and political work plays in the process of building a harmonious socialism and a harmonious society with the rela- tionship between ideological arid political work and the harmonious society, and seek after the new method which is beneficial for building a harmonious socialist society.
