In accordance with the new era, our country has revised The Company Law, which has cancelled the enterprise -extracting legal public fund. Thus the legal public fund has lost its foundation for existence and its practical significance. The cancelling of this legal fund is beneficial to fostering the investment environment, better safegarding the staff menbers＇ interests, and constructing the harmonious society and so forth. A gambling interpretation of this cancelling will be made in this essay.
