摘要 采用传递函数方法对局部覆盖环状约束层阻尼(CLD)圆柱壳进行了动力学分析。基于Donnell薄壳简化,由Hamilton原理导出了局部覆盖CLD圆柱壳的运动方程和边界条件,通过Laplace变换并引入状态向量后,建立了系统的状态空间方程,利用传递函数方法求解方程得到了系统的固有频率、损耗因子和频响曲线。算例分析结果验证了该方法的有效性和精确性,且更适于处理黏弹性材料具有频变特性的问题。讨论了CLD覆盖率和黏弹层厚度对系统固有频率和损耗因子的影响,为局部覆盖CLD圆柱壳的优化设计奠定了基础。 The dynamics problem of cylindrical shell with partially covered ring-shape constrained layer damping (CLD) is investigated using the transfer function method. The equations of motion and the boundary conditions of shell with partially CLD treatment are derived with the Donnell assumptions by using the Hamilton principle. After Laplace’s transform and the state vector introduced, the governing equation is established in state space. By the distributed parameter transfer function method, the closed-form solutions of natural frequencies, loss factors and curves of frequency response of system are obtained. Numerical predictions show the effectiveness and accuracy of the transfer function method, which is more useful for the problem of the viscoelastic material with frequency characteristic. Furthermore, the effects of CLD coverage percent and the thickness of the damp layer are discussed, which will lay a foundation for the research of optimization for the future.
