咳嗽变异性哮喘患者激发试验后白介素水平的变化

Observation on the variation of interleukines in cough variant asthma patients after bronchoprovocational test

目的研究咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患者激发试验后外周血单核细胞中白介素-4、5及白介素-13水平,探讨患者体内炎症改变。方法变异性哮喘患者接受组织胺支气管激发试验后取血,应用ELISA测定外周血单核细胞(PBMC)中白介素水平。结果CVA组的PBMC中的interleukine(IL)-5水平增高,IL-4、IL-13水平降低,IL-2水平改变不明显。结论CVA患者激发试验后IL-4、IL-5、IL-13水平异常。

Objective To clarify the cytokine profiles in cough variant asthma patients after histamine brochoprovocational test （BPT）. Methods Venous bloodfrom CVA patients and healthy persons 10 minutes after challenge, The level of quantified interleukin in PBMC - free supernatant after having been cultured was determined Results The concentration of IL - 5 were significantly increased in CVA group, while the levels of IL- 4, IL- 13 were lower than that of controls. Conclusion The levels of ll- 4, IL- 5, IL- 13 in the PBMC- free supernatant obtained from CVA patients after BPT were abnormal.
