摘要
目的对深圳市首例人感染猪链球菌病例的流行病学调查。方法用描述流行病学和PCR等方法对病例进行流行病学调查和诊断。结果发现深圳市首例人感染猪链球菌病确诊病例,患者工作时手指有外伤史,脑脊液中分离的细菌经微生物、生化、血清学和PCR检测结果判定为猪链球菌2型。但未发现有明确病死猪接触史,密切接触者中未发现猪链球菌病例。结论深圳市首例人感染猪链球菌病病例属感染个案,非人传人的病例,感染来源可能与肉类批发市场冷冻猪肉有关。
Objective To epidemiologically survey the first case infected with Streptococcus suis , analyze possible source of infection under the condition of not exposed to sick pigs and provide scientific evidence for control of Streptococcus suis in Shenzhen. Methods Descriptive epidemiology was used for analysis of results of microbiological examination, serum antibody tests, biochemical tests and PCR tests. Results The first case infected with Streptococcus suis in Shenzhen was confirmed. The patient' s finger was injured when he was working. The sample from the patient' s cerebrospinal fluid was identified as Streptococcus suis type Ⅱ based on the results of microbiological examination, serum antibody tests, biochemical tests and PCR tests. There was no history of exposure to sick pigs, no positive one was detected to be infected with Streptococcus suis among those closely contacted with the pigs Conclusion The first case with Streptococcus suis in Shenzhen didn' t cause human - to - human transmission and the infection source might be freezing pork from the farmers' market.
