经鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻鼻窦炎25例

Results of treatment of 25 non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis patients with endoscoic surgery

目的探讨经鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻鼻窦炎(NIFRS)的疗效。方法回顾性分析25例施行经鼻内镜手术的NIFRS患者,对其临床疗效进行观察。结果所有病例随访6个月～2年,全部治愈,无复发。结论经鼻内镜手术治疗NIFRS创伤小,是治疗该病的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of nasal endoscopic surgery for noninvasive fungal rhinosinusitis. Methods The study was performed retrospectively and 25 patients with NIFRS were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery. Clinical results were observed. Results All cases were cured without recurrence during a follow - up of from 6 months to 2 years. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery is an effective and minimal invasive technique in treatment of noninvasive fungal rhinosinusitis.
