海口地区变应性皮肤病患者变应原的分布调查

The allergen distribution of allergic dermatosis in Haikou Region

目的了解海口地区变应性皮肤病变应原分布情况。方法免疫印迹法定性检测人血清变应原特异性IgE抗体。结果256例特异性IgE抗体阳性患者中,变应原居前5位依次为螨(62.5%)、屋尘(55.5%)、猫皮屑(54.7%)、狗皮屑(50.8%)、淡水鱼(19.9%)。结论吸入性变应原是海口地区变应性皮肤病主要变应原,其发生率高于食入性变应原,螨是海口市变应性皮肤病的主要变应原,其次为屋尘、猫、狗皮屑。

Objective To understand distribution of allergic dermatosis in Haikou City. Methods Allergen - specific IgE antibody in patients＇ serum were determined by western blotting. Results The five common allergens in 256 patients with allergen - specific IgE antibody were acaridan（62.5% ）, house dust（55.5% ）, cat dander（54.7% ）, dog dander（50.8% ） and fresh water fish（ 19.9% ）. Conclusion The incidence of inhalant allergen is higher than ingestive allergen. Acaridan is the major allergen in Haikou area and thus effective measures be made to prevent the occurrence of allergic dermatosis.
