摘要
某些金属薄膜的光电学性能随着吸氢量的变化而变化。本文综述了国内外对这一现象的最新研究进展,重点介绍纯稀土元素、稀土-镁、镁-镍等合金薄膜的制备和氢致光电学性能变化及其潜在应用价值。
Depending on the amounts of the absorbed hydrogen, some transition metal thin films show dramatic changes in their optical and electric properties. The latest progress over the past few years was reviewed, with discussion on the preparation of RE, RE-Mg(RE stands for Rare-earth elements) and Mg-Ni thin films and the optical and electric changes caused by hydrogen. The potential applications were also discussed.
