群体氛围对正性群体文化的形成有着重要作用。成人高校群体可分为正式群体、非正式群体、中间群体。中间群体以师生互动和人际网络为主要表现形式。分析中间群体的价值取向、主要特征，对构建良好的成人高校校园文化氛围中有着积极作用。

Group atmosphere is of great importance to the formation of the positive group culture. The groups of people in the adult higher schools are divisible into three groups： formal group, informal group, and middle group. The middle group is characterized by the interactions between teachers and students and by the interperson relations. It plays a positive role to analyze the value trend of the middle group and its main characteristics for constructing a pleasant campus atmosphere of the adult higher schools.
