摘要
英语教师职业水平的提高要靠教学实践和在实践中不断对教学进行反思。文章回顾并反思了在多年的英语教学实践中所应用的三种教学法:语法-翻译法;功能/意念/交际法以及情景法,进而提出了一种综合性的教学思路。
All professional aspects of an English teacher's development are dependent on particular teaching practice and subsequent reflections. With her many years' teaching, the author reviews and reflects three different teaching methods employed in practice: grammar-translation method, communicative/notional/functional method, and situational method. Through these efforts, the author maintains an integrated view of English teaching and then tries it out again in practice, with the result of continuous improvement and deveIopment of professional action.
