关节镜下半月板缝合效果的观察

Observation of the results of meniscus repair under arthroscopy

目的:探讨关节镜下半月板缝合的技术及临床效果。方法:对2000.1￣2005.10间确诊为半月板撕裂的26例病人,行关节镜下半月板缝合,并进行了随访及回顾性分析。结果:随访时间6￣48个月,平均13.7个月。23例获得临床愈合,其中2例经过关节镜观察证实临床愈合,所有病人膝关节活动度均无受限。结论:关节镜下半月板缝合具有微创、显露清楚等优点,临床效果优良。

Objective： To evaluate the results of meniscus repair under arthroscopy. Methods： From Jan. 2000 to Oct. 2005, 26 patients suffering from meniscus tear were performed with meniscus repair under arthroscopy. All patients had been followed up postoperatively, while the repair effects were reviewed and analyzed. Results： For above patients, average time of following up was about 13.7 months （6-48 months）. All knees had no restriction of activity. 23 knees reached clinical healing, in which 2 knees had been proved healing by second arthroscopic examination. Conclusions： The meniscus repair under arthroscopy is minimal traumatic, macroscopic, and easy to manipulate, with satisfied clinical results.
